Founded by Kieron and Carly De Vere in 2013, De Vere Partners is a family-run property development and investment business. Our roots are in residential-led regeneration, from the transformation of existing buildings to major construction schemes and towers in London.
We invest in places with the potential to become something more: homes, workplaces and neighbourhoods where people can thrive. Our experience spans residential and mixed-use developments across London and southern England, with a flexible, opportunity-led approach to land, buildings and partnerships.
Behind every place, there is possibility. Seeing it is only the beginning. Bringing it forward takes careful planning, dependable people and the willingness to stay involved in the detail.
